I limped off 35E with a flat tire from hitting something on the interstate. They made time for me, explained my options for a replacement without being pushy and had me back on the road in 2 hours. They were truly exceptional!

We were losing air in a tire and were leaving town for the holiday weekend. They quickly found the problem, which required a new tire. They ordered the tire and got it installed in a short time frame. Very happy with their service.

It was a bad day when my car would not start, and I had to be towed. I selected Telle/Heartland Tire in Eagan. I called ahead and they reserved a loaner car for me right away so I could move on with my day. The technician successfully discovered the problem, ordered the part, and I had the car back very quickly. The staff is always efficient and so courteous. They provide photos of worn parts and anything you need to see on the car being fixed. I’ve been a customer for 20 years because of their Excellent staff and wonderful customer service!

I had a great experience at Heartland Tires Eagan..Even though there were a couple of customers ahead of me, I received prompt attention and was in and out much faster than expected i don't know. I have the kind of car that you have to go inside The hood, it's not a quick replacement.—my headlight replacement only took about 20–30 minutes. What really stood out to me was Tess. Months ago, when I had concerns about my tires after my car had been in storage, she kindly checked them, leveled out the tire pressure and told me the only “cost” was making sure I got home safely. That level of care stuck with me. It was such a pleasant surprise to see her again when I came in for service, and she was just as friendly, personable, and efficient as I remembered. Tess truly goes above and beyond, and her customer service is the reason I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommend!

A big thank you to the people at Heartland Tire in Eagan on Diffley Road. I started my car this morning after being away for a month, and the thingy on the dashboard said my tires were low. Of course I immediately panicked. I openly admit I am totally uneducated on all things motor vehicle . I had to get to an appointment way up in Plymouth by 11 this am. So I remembered that my sweet man bought tires last year and stopped into their store. Everyone was so nice and smart and qualified. They filled all my tires and sent me on my way with a smile. 2025 was a hard year for me because that afore mentioned sweet man passed away in September leaving me with all sorts of things I don't understand. But knowing there are kind people out there to help when I need them has made my 2026 start quite nicely!
